- No, we process your credit/debit cards through Square Electronic Credit Card Processing, which keeps your information private. Through a swipe or a touch machine, we will charge your debit/ credit card with out taking any imprint. Also, we do not save your credit card information at all.
2. Do you operate during Holidays?
- Yes, we operate 365 days of the year! As long as you schedule ahead of time and at least the day before your pickup, we will be there for you! We serve 24 hours a day to serve your travel needs, but you need to make your reservation ahead of time as we have many pickups each morning. If you have questions, TEXT at 214-434-4356.
3. Can we reserve a cab for extremely early hours??
- Yes, and in fact we specialize in early morning pickups! But for an early morning pickup, make sure you make your reservation at least the night before. We serve 24 hours a day to serve your travel needs, but you need to make your reservation ahead of time as we have a many pickups each morning. If you have questions, TEXT 214-434-4356.
4. Can I get a receipt for my payment?
- Yes, we can give you an email or text receipt after you make your payment.
5. What type of Vehicles do you have?
- We have been adding more types of vehicles to our fleet. Currently, we have 4 types of vehicles:
1. MINIVAN - Up to 5 Passengers [New Black Leather Dodge Grand Caravans]
2. MINIBUS - Up to 12 Passengers [New Black Ford Transit-350 XLTs]
3. LUXURY SUV - Up to 5 Passengers [New Black Leather Cadillac Escalade ESVs]
4. SEDAN - Up to 3 Passengers [New Black Leather Lexus ES300Hs]
6. How many passengers can your vehicles accommodate?
- Our Minivans and SUVs can accommodate up to 5 passengers comfortably with plenty of room for luggage in the back. Our Minibuses can accommodate up to 10 passengers with huge room for luggage in the back or up to 12 passengers with no luggage. Our Sedans can accommodate up to 3 passengers with a space for baggage in the trunk.
7. Do you arrive "On Time" like your company name says you will?
- Yes, our reputation for early and "On Time" arrivals is extremely high and you are welcome to check our customer reviews on YELP and GOOGLE.
8. I have international trip and have a lot of Suitcases and Boxes. Can you accommodate this?
- Yes, our Minibus has been the solution to many who have international trip with a lot of suitcases or boxes. It can hold up to 12 suitcases, many smaller bags, and 10 passengers at the same time. You really do not have to worry about trunk space if you chose this vehicle. It is very spacious!
